   She’s got her guitar tuned down 1 whole step. Her fingering is playing in the key of G, but because of her down-tuned guitar, it’s actually in F.

   If you don’t want to tune your guitar down 1 whole step, take the power chords she’s playing and shift all of them down 2 frets.

   For example, the first power chord she plays is a "G": 355xxx. Shifting it down 2 frets will make it: 133xxx.

   Anyways, this means that you don’t need a capo.
