Hey, I know the owner and it’s a legitimate business. I know that if you aren’t happy for any reason, he would definitely make things right.
It’s a dealer so keep in mind that it would be like taking a car into a dealership for a trade-in. They aren’t necessarily going to give you full resale price. But as I understand, by sending in your guitar they don’t have to low-ball the owners. By inspecting in person, they cut out a lot of risk which means you can get a better price for your guitar.
