Take it to a professional and ask to have it set up. They know what they're doing and can set the right string height, eliminate fret buzz and intonate your guitar. It will probably cost around 50 bucks or so but will be well worth it. You should probably have it done about once a year or so. It will improve the performance of your guitar drastically and will make it sound and feel a lot better. You can also do some research online and learn how to do it, but in my opinion, its not worth it. You would need to buy tools and calibration things and you probably wouldn't be all that good at it for a while. I wouldn't take it to guitar center or sam ash. Go to a guitar shop in town. I'm not sure where you live, but ask other guitar players where they have their guitars set up.

Even though you didn't change the gauge of the strings, the fact that they were new *is* something different.
A floating trem depends on the pull of the springs matching the pull of the strings… and new strings have more tension than old strings… so your new strings aren't broken in yet, and have more tension than the springs are set up for.
You can either adjust the springs to match this (but I wouldn't suggest it, since that might mean having to reintonate the guitar), or you can break the strings in.
It's normal for it to take a few days for new strings to "settle in" when they first go into a floating trem.
Bend the hell out of them, smack 'em a couple of times, make them call you daddy. Couple of days later they should be pretty close to being good. It's one of the things that sucks about floating trems…. one of the many things, really….
