I don't believe so.
The connection inputs (where you plug the controller into the console) are different and would not work.

Sadly no. The xbox 360 and the PS3 are 2 totally different systems and companys. I know what you feel though because i got rockband for christmas and a got a free guitar with it but best buy gave me a guitar that didnt even work with the system? it was for the ps2 so if it doesnt work (the ps2 to xbox 360) i dont think ps3 will work.

Unfortunately, no. There two completely different systems.

I bout guitar hero world tour recently for xbox 360 and received ps3 drumset in the box, when best buy sold you the wrong guitar, did they take it back and give you another one? toys r us told me to call the manufacturer, WHAT DO I DO?!?
